Lazizia was born in Bengaluru with a simple belief — every family deserves access to fresh, certified halal meat and seafood at their doorstep. What started as a local dream is now growing into a movement, and our aim is to bring Lazizia to every corner of India. By using our app or services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Lazizia platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

Lazizia provides an online platform for ordering fresh halal meat, seafood, and daily essentials, starting with Bengaluru and expanding across India. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time as we grow and improve.

3. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to availability. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, and cash on delivery. Payments must be completed at the time of order placement for prepaid orders.

4. Delivery

We currently deliver across select localities in Bengaluru and are actively expanding to new cities across India. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or high demand. Lazizia is not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.

5. Product Quality

Every product we deliver is sourced from trusted halal-certified suppliers. We take all reasonable steps to ensure freshness and quality. If you receive an item that does not meet our standards, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to misuse our platform, submit false information, attempt to circumvent security measures, or use our services for any unlawful purpose.

7. Changes to Terms

As Lazizia grows and evolves, we may update these terms. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will always notify you of significant updates.
